Matrix Concepts targets project launches of up to RM1.7b

The Story.

KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has set a sales target of RM1.6 billion and plans project launches worth up to RM1.7 billion for the financial year ending March 31, 2026 (FY26). The developer said the new launches will place strong focus on its flagship Sendayan Developments in Seremban, Negri Sembilan. It is also widening its earnings base through strategic expansion into the Klang Valley, with the launch of Levia @ Puchong, its third high-rise residential project in the area, following the encouraging market response to Levia Residences in Cheras. “Further enhancing the group’s prospects in FY26, key launches include the first phase of industrial land within the group’s Malaysia Vision Valley City (MVV City) development, a key component of the larger Malaysian Vision Valley corridor. “The development’s industrial offering has already demonstrated strong traction, with the first phase valued at RM628.3 million launched in early FY26 receiving an overwhelming response,” Matrix Concepts said in a statement. The company is seeking to revitalise contributions from the southern region and tap into new growth opportunities through the launch of affordable landed projects in Bandar Seri Impian as part of its strategy to strengthen revenue streams. It added that the recent acquisition of Horizon L&L Sdn Bhd (HLL Group) opens up opportunities to expand its development presence in the growth markets of Sepang and Banting. Matrix Concepts chairman Datuk Mohamad Haslah Mohamad Amin said it is confident of sustaining its sales momentum in FY26, supported by a clear roadmap, a strong pipeline of launches and key projects such as MVV City, which form the backbone of its long-term value creation strategy. He added that the company will continue to adopt a grounded and prudent approach, remaining mindful of market conditions as it drives growth. “Through strategic acquisitions, overseas ventures, and the expansion of our synergistic education and healthcare divisions, we are strengthening our ecosystem that will allow Matrix Concepts to continue delivering lasting value to all our stakeholders for years to come,” he said.
